Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to enrollments made with RLCE for classroom and online training programs.
1. Free Demo / Counselling
We recommend attending a free demo class or counselling session before enrolling to ensure the course matches your needs.
2. Cancellations (Before Course Start)
- Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date: 100% refund (minus payment gateway charges, if any).
- Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the start date: 50% refund.
- No-show on the start date without prior notice: No refund.
3. Refunds (After Course Start)
- Classroom batches: Withdraw within the first two sessions → 50% refund. After two sessions, fees are non-refundable.
- Online/self-paced: Refunds within 7 days of purchase only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Workshops/bootcamps: Non-refundable after start.
4. Batch Changes & Transfers
One free batch/date transfer is allowed per enrollment, subject to seat availability. Extra transfers may attract an administrative fee.
5. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Us
If we postpone or cancel a batch, you may choose a full refund or move to the next available batch at no extra cost.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Payment gateway/transaction charges are non-refundable.
- EMI/credit-card interest is handled by your bank and is non-refundable.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees, exam fees, printed materials, downloadable resources.
- Completed one-to-one mentoring sessions.
- Certificates already issued.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at ridhicomputereducation@gmail.com with your name, phone, order/enrollment ID, course name, and reason.
- We may ask for details or usage logs (for online content).
- Once approved, we’ll confirm and process the refund.
