2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Courses, Fees & Payments

• Course descriptions, schedules, and fees may change.
• Fees must be paid in full before certificate issuance (or as per installment plan).
• We may use third-party payment gateways for secure transactions.
• Taxes/GST may apply as per law.

4. Class Attendance & Conduct

• Please be punctual and maintain respectful conduct with peers and instructors.
• We may record online sessions for academic purposes.
• Abusive or unlawful behaviour can result in suspension without refund.

5. Study Materials & Intellectual Property

• All content (videos, notes, questions, code) belongs to RLCE or licensors.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for learning only.
• Do not copy, share, or resell without written permission.

6. Certificates & Assessments

• Certificates may require completing classes, assignments, and passing exams.
• Identity may be verified for exams. Malpractice can lead to disqualification.

7. Changes, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

• We may reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability or technical issues.
• We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, outages, etc.).

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Interfering with the Site or introducing harmful code.
• Sharing your login or using someone else’s account.
• Infringing any intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. Disclaimer

Courses are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee error-free delivery or job outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

RLCE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of INDIA/STATE. Courts in CITY/STATE have exclusive jurisdiction. We may first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
